At BoHo Soul, we want you to love your t-shirts. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Eligible Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
- Defective items (misprints, wrong size shipped, damaged in transit) qualify for free return shipping and a full refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized t-shirts (names, special graphics, etc.)
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Return
- Contact us at info@bohosoul.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label (for defective items) or instructions for standard returns.
- Ship the item back — return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Gift cards and store credit are issued immediately upon approval.
Exchanges
